Vintage Rolex GMT Master 1675 For Sale – Full Collector Set 1971

For sale is an extremely nice full package Rolex GMT Master 1675 from 1971.

A beautiful Rolex 1675 with a mint matte dial, white tritium plots and matching tritium hands. Nice thick lugs, very good quality 78360 bracelet and the iconic ‘pepsi’ bezel insert.

What makes this piece so special though is the amount of original paperwork that comes with it!

Originally purchased by a Naval Officer on HMS Plymouth in Gibraltar in May 1971 it has an array of rare documents with it including the original punched Chronometer Certificate, double punched guarantee booklet, rare GMT Master brochure, GMT Master cigarette card, winding notice and a Rolex invoice to the original owner from Rolex London in 1972.

In addition it has a Rolex London service guarantee on file from 1997.

This really is a special collector set!

Dial & Hands: Beautiful original GMT Master matte dial with white plots and matching original tritium Rolex hands.

Case & Caseback: Thick Rolex 1675 case in very good condition with thick lugs with beveled edges. Rolex caseback correctly stamped with model number. Serial numbers clearly visible between the lugs. Faded Rolex fat font insert.

Bracelet: Comes on a later but very nice Rolex 78360 bracelet with correct Rolex 580 end pieces.

Movement: Original non-hacking Rolex 1570 movement that is keeping great time.
