Vintage Tudor Small Rose Dress Watch For Sale – Rare Underline Dial 1964

Here we have something a little more affordable with no less class! A Vintage Tudor Small Rose Dress Watch For Sale from 1964.

It is a vintage small rose Tudor 7965 with 446k serial dating it to the first quarter of 1964. The Rolex signed caseback is also engraved I.64 inside.

It has a stunning perfect original black gloss dial that is marked ‘Swiss’ but with the rare underline and tritium dot hour markers. Tudor rose and writing on the dial are in silver.

Original hands in excellent condition but with a tiny pin prick of tritium loss on the hour hand (this looks bigger in the high definition macro pictures obviously)

The case is in great condition condition but the strap was a bit worse for wear so I have replaced it with a brand new unworn black Italian leather with the original Rolex emblem buckle attached.

This vintage Tudor watch had a full mechanical service a few months back so works perfectly and has the balance of the service guarantee remaining  (about 9 months).

A lovely little timepiece that won’t break the bank.

Dial & Hands: Beautiful black gloss dial with perfect markers and tritium dots. Rare underline dial with Swiss dial marking. Original hands in excellent condition but with a tiny pin prick of tritium loss on the hour hand only.

Case & Caseback: 446k serial correct to early 1964 with all numbers clearly readable between the lugs. Correctly stamped Rolex caseback both inside and outside. 34mm case width (36mm including crown) and 44mm from tip of lug to lug.

Bracelet: Comes on a brand new Italian black leather strap with the original Rolex emblem buckle.

Movement: In excellent serviced condition and keeping good time.

Box & Papers: The watch has recently been serviced by my watchmaker and has the balance of the warranty but does not come with box or papers.
