Beautiful Rolex 5513 Submariner 1970 – Box and Rolex service papers

Here we have another beauty.

A 2.6m serial watch dating to late 1970 with mint matte dial free of any marks and no minute marker chips. Beautiful creamy tritium lume plots and perfectly matching tritium hands. Mark free fat font insert with tritium pip. Fat case with original bevels still visible. Correctly engraved caseback with iV.70 and Rolex service mark from service in 1997 and independent service in 2010.

Watch is on a lovely original folded link 9315 bracelet with correct 280 end pieces and fliplock clasp.

Comes with Rolex box and original Rolex service guarantee papers.

Beautiful Rolex 5513 Submariner 1970

Dial & Hands: This piece has a stunning Rolex 5513 matte dial with beautiful cream plots and perfectly matching original tritium hands.

Case & Caseback: Rolex 5513 2.6m serial case in excellent condition with nice fat lugs and beveled edges. Rolex caseback correctly stamped 5513 and iv70 for the fourth quarter of 1970. Serial numbers clearly visible between the lugs. Beautiful fat font insert with matching cream tritium pip/pearl at 12.

Bracelet: A correct Rolex 9315 folded link bracelet with 280 endpieces and later fliplock clasp in very good condition.

Box & Papers: Comes with a Rolex box and service papers from Rolex UK in 1997. Watch was serviced by an independent in 2010 but no receipt on file.

Movement: Original non-hacking Rolex 1520 movement keeping great time having been serviced in 2010.
