Here we have a Rolex 1675 GMT Master from 1972 For Sale.

I’ve been on a bit of a run recently of stunning original Rolex GMT Masters from 1972…and this one is no different!

This is  really a beautiful 1675 with the most beautiful charcoal grey dial, deep yellow hour plots and matching hands and a faded fat font pepsi bezel insert that is to die for!

A Rolex 1675 with a 3.3m serial dating it to mid 1972 and with caseback stamped 3rd quarter of 1972 to confirm this. You can see the lugs are super fat and have that glorious bevel edge to them.

Comes on a correct original Rolex folded link 7836 oyster bracelet stamped 3rd quarter of 71.

As I’m typing this and looking at the watch I already know I’m going to regret letting it go. A birth year for me also, I must be mad, much preferred it when I was a pure collector!!

Vintage Rolex 1675 GMT Master 1972

Dial & Hands: Beautiful original unmarked GMT Master matte dial with beautiful deep yellow plots and matching original tritium Rolex hands. Faded fat font pepsi Rolex insert.

Case & Caseback: Thick Rolex 1675 case in excellent condition with great lugs, bevel edges and super fat crown guards. Rolex caseback correctly stamped. Serial numbers clearly visible between the lugs. Original silver date wheel with open 6’s and 9’s.

Bracelet: Comes on a correct original Rolex folded link 7836 oyster bracelet stamped 3rd quarter of 71.

Movement: Original hacking Rolex 1570 movement keeping good time.
