Very Rare Rolex GMT Master 1675 All Red Hand For Sale 1970

The ‘All Red’ Rolex GMT hand 1675 is a rare beast at the best of times.

So to find one with such a magnificent dial, hands and with box and punched papers is exceptionally rare.

The watch has been the subject of much debate by collectors but there is no doubting their existence and the few that have surfaced seem to be early matte mk1 or mk2 dials between 2 and 3 million serial numbers.

This mk1 dial Rolex 1675 with a 2.8m serial sits bang in what I like to see with these rare watches.

The patina to the dial on this watch is something else.

Mint matte dial with no marks or chips whatsoever and stunning deep yellow/brown patina to the hour plots and with all hands exactly matching.

Beautiful fat case in excellent clean condition with correctly stamped iii.70 case back and nice folded link bracelet.

The stunning faded fat font insert just finishes the piece off perfectly.
