The Rolex SeaDweller 16600 has become a very in demand watch since Rolex ceased production and replaced it with the huge 116600 Deap Sea Seadweller. This has resulted in the Rolex 16600 being seen as the last of the classic seadwellers and prices have continued to rise since withdrawal. Collectors have these marked as strong long term investments and as always the ‘full package’ watches are the ones in demand. Well they don’t come much more of a full package than this!

The last of the ‘lug hole’ models and one of the very very short production ‘Swiss’ transitional dial models this “A” serial watch, sold in March 2000, has all the hallmarks of a good future investment.

If that wasn’t good enough well it also comes with its original Rolex box, punched Rolex guarantee certificate, Rolex Seadweller wallet with decompression table, adjustment tool, translation booklet, Rolex Sea Dweller booklet, original matching serial hang tag, chronometer tag and Rolex Oyster anchor!

But that’s not all. The watch was serviced by Rolex UK in August 2011 so has almost 2 years worth of Rolex warranty remaining and has not been worn since – its fair to say its in minty condition!

Dial & Hands: Excellent rare ‘Swiss’ transitional gloss Rolex Seadweller dial with matching luminova hands and hour plots.

Case & Caseback: “A” serial with all numbers clear between the lugs. Rolex caseback is correctly stamped 16600 and the watch was sold in March 2000. Fat case that has just had light polish at Rolex UK so has those beautiful bevelled edges. Mark free/pip.

Bracelet: Excellent Rolex 93160A oyster bracelet with fliplock clasp and all correct engravings.

Movement: Original Rolex serviced 3135 movement in excellent condition.
