1950’s Rolex Speedking For Sale 6420 – Rare ’50m’ Dial

Here we have a 1950’s Rolex Speedking For Sale.

I don’t sell many pieces from the 40’s and 50’s as they are generally too small for me and I am more of a sports watch guy.

I do however like rare original dials and this one is extremely classy.

All original and with beautiful patina it has the rare ’50m = 165ft’ dial with silver toned markers and hands.

A 136k serial number, clear between the lugs, dates this to circa 1955/1956 and has a beautiful unmarked case that has at some point had a light polish.

Comes on a generic brown leather strap and keeping good time.

Dial & Hands: Beautiful Swiss Speedking dial marked 50m=165ft with elegant hands and markers.

Case & Caseback: 130k serial dating the watch to around 1955/56 with all numbers clear between the lugs. Rolex caseback is correctly stamped. Overall in very good condition with no major scratches or dings having at some point had a light polish.

Bracelet: Generic brown leather strap and buckle.

Movement: Original Rolex cal 1210 hand wind movement with 17 jewels.

Box & Papers: Will come in a genuine Rolex service box.
