1981 Rolex 1665 SeaDweller

1981 Rolex 1665 SeaDweller “Great White” with fantastic patina!

Here we have a lovely mk5 dial Rolex 1665 Sea-Dweller with a 6.6m serial number from 1981 that would be a perfect gift for anyone turning 40 years old this year.

The watch has a lovely original fat case with fat lugs (as can be seen in the pictures) and a beautiful tritium yellow plot dial with no marks or chips and yellow tritium hands. Neither the dial nor hands glow anymore which is how they should be.

The bezel insert looks to be a slightly later one but with a tritium pearl and has faded to a lovely grey shade complementing the watch nicely.

It comes on it’s original 93150 bracelet with 585 end pieces and engraved correctly with the code VC. The bracelet is in really lovely condition for its age.

The watch does not come with original paperwork but is obviously guaranteed correct and does come with its moon crater box.
