Here we have an absolutely stunning 5.5m serial 1978 Rolex 1655 Explorer 2 also known as the ‘Steve McQueen’, ‘Orange Hand’ and ‘Freccione’.

This is one of the last of the ‘frog foot’ T-Swiss-T early Mk2 dials.

A one owner watch that was serviced by Rolex UK in 2007 and again in 2015 (paperwork present) and not worn since, it is in really superb condition with killer dial and case.

Very hard to find now in this sort of condition.
