Description

1966 Omega Seamaster 300 165024 reference for sale.

Here we have a stunning 1966 Omega Seamaster 300 dive watch with killer dial with all original lume and matching hands.

One of the most beautiful of all dive watches ever made, the vintage Omega Seamaster 300 reference 165.024 was adopted by the British Military for issue to the Royal Navy and Army from 1967 onwards.

This watch has a stunning dial with gorgeous patina and matching hands and bakelite bezel that give it amazing wrist presence. In the sun it ‘pops’ like no other watch as you can see in the pictures.

It has a full fat case that is sharp and looks untouched/unpolished and caseback with clear Seamaster engraving and hippocampus.

The movement is in serviced condition and super clean.

It comes with an original Extract of The Archives from the Omega Museum in Bienne, Switzerland detailing original specification, confirming the original movement number and showing it was first sold in Spain on December 23rd 1966 – someone got a very nice Christmas present that year!

The watch can come on a nato, leather strap or an original fully refurbished 1039/516 bracelet (dated 71) and price will depend on option taken – please message to discuss.

One of our favourite watches from our collection, now time for someone else to enjoy…
